Where and how we ship

We work with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta — shipping is available to any location with a branch or parcel locker.

• Transit time: 1–2 days.
• Cost: according to the carrier's current rates.
• Dispatch: same day, if the order is confirmed before the end of the working day.

International orders

We ship worldwide by prior arrangement with a manager.

• estimated cost from 20 USD depending on destination and weight;
• transit time from 10 working days;
• the parcel is prepared after full prepayment.

Payment options

Cash on delivery

You pay at the carrier's branch upon receipt. Available for orders from 200 UAH. The carrier charges an additional money transfer fee set by the carrier, not by the Shop.

Bank transfer

Suitable for businesses and international orders. The manager issues an invoice once the items are confirmed.

Packaging

Pigment bottles and liquids are packed with separate shock protection; cartridges are packed so that individual sterile packaging stays intact. If the box arrives crushed or wet, open it at the branch: once you leave the post office, a claim against the carrier can no longer be filed.
